Bitcloak provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We facilitate the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another and deliver funds directly to the wallet address you provide. We do not hold or store user funds at any time.

3. No Registration Required

Our service does not require user registration or identity verification for standard exchange amounts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy of Wallet Addresses

You are solely responsible for providing the correct destination wallet address. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses are irreversible and cannot be recovered. Always double-check your wallet address before confirming an exchange.

5. Exchange Rates & Fees

Exchange rates are estimated at the time of order creation and may fluctuate based on market conditions. A flat fee of 4% is included in all displayed rates. We reserve the right to adjust rates if significant market movements occur during processing.

6. Order Expiry

Each order has a 30-minute deposit window. If funds are not received within this window, the order expires. Funds sent after expiry may be subject to a different rate or require manual processing by our support team.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bitcloak is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any losses arising from market volatility, network delays, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to process your exchange (currency pair, amounts, destination wallet). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law. No personally identifiable information is required to use this service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
